Product experience covers all levels of the supply chain, from animal welfare & slaughter, raw materials, production, manufacture and importing through to UK retailers. Having travelled globally over the past 20 years in a professional capacity, I appreciate many of the ‘cultural attitudes’ that often prevail to food safety and quality in countries outside the UK. Passionate about Food Safety and Hygiene, I’m a Fellow of The Society of Food Hygiene and Technology (SOFHT) and am also involved with food safety related committees and working groups in the UK.
