• Working as a team lead for a team of 15 people in collaboration with and onsite-offshore team. • Assist to offshore TLs, Product Manager, Product Owner, Business team and Dev team in resolving problems. • Working side by side with SWA TLs and SWA Architects to design new applications. • Responsible to ensure the team follows the best practice and guidelines define for the projects. • Responsible for interaction with the business team to accomplish all the business requirements. • Assistance to new team members into the onboarding process in the account and project. • Working with companies, external to SWA to improve the integration process of the systems.
