As a passionate Community Organizer for the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) in Colombia, I have dedicated myself to supporting the LATAM and Hispanic communities by fostering a dynamic and inclusive tech ecosystem in the region. Through my efforts, I have organized multiple meetups and Kubernetes Community Days, bringing together professionals from diverse backgrounds to exchange ideas and stay at the forefront of cloud-native technologies. These events have been attended by over 500 people, and have helped to create a vibrant and welcoming community for cloud-native enthusiasts in Colombia. I take great pride in cultivating an inclusive environment within the CNCF community, ensuring that every member feels welcome and empowered, regardless of their expertise level. I have done this by working with industry experts and thought leaders to create a variety of resources and learning opportunities that are accessible to everyone. My dedication to the CNCF community has had a significant impact on the LATAM and Hispanic communities. I have helped to promote the adoption of open-source projects, empower developers, and nurture the growth of cloud-native enthusiasts throughout the region.
