As an Assistant Manager leading the Direct Intervention of its flagship project “Satat Shehar” (Sustainable-Cities) in 3 cities. The intervention is focused towards bringing sustainable and inclusive changes in the lives of those who have been deprived from the basic human rights and other necessities in their life. The project is intended to strengthen the communities through raising Youth as community leaders, enabling the community to access services and entitlements, governance etc. key Job deliverables include: 1. Identifying and selecting communities and other target groups for project intervention. 2. Designing digital baseline survey tools for selection of target areas and marginalized groups. 3. Conceptualize project framework and strategies focused upon unorganized sector, Youth leadership, services, and entitlement aligning with SDGs. 4. Lead linkages and convergence with important public and private stakeholders. 4. Review and Organise capacity building and other training and workshops. 5. Ensure detailed budget planning and periodic utilization.
