Work with Energy Services division in Ecolab Indonesia to develop forecast accuracy by reviewing monthly demand. Challenge the sales team assumption when significant deviations occur to ensure forecast accuracy. Lead monthly demand review meeting with sales team to provide data for S&OP meeting and to proactively know customer needs. Work with Supply Planner to ensure sufficient stock for forecast quantity. Be a part of a cross-functional team to review other Supply Chain processes. Work through conference call as Demand Planner with regional team.
-Work with sales division to forecast raw material needed and do inventory control. -Purchase raw materials and equipments to support production line. -Control process export and import materials and equipments.
Help the company to reduce their transportation cost by designing new transportation’s system from third party logistics to own fleet management. The design was created by using Vehicle Routing Problem method to determine the number of fleet required to do distribution by its self. Afterward, Annual Worth analysis is performed to calculate the savings that can be done by using own fleet management. Risk assessment is created using Pareto Chart and Ishikawa Diagram to prevent the risks of replacement distribution system.
Help the company to reduce production’s overtime by finding the backlog equipment in production line. The backlog equipment was found by observing random sample to make the flow process chart. Improvement was done by replacing the equipment using annual worth analysis to compare the most efficient equipment which has the lowest cost.
