- Involvement in sales related duties such as to plan, direct and evaluate the activities of Reseller groups in commercial, wholesale environment. - Establishment of distribution networks for products and services, initiate market research studies and analyze their findings, assist in organisation of product development and testing, Assist in evaluation of Reseller marketing strategies. - Direct and assist Resellers in their development and implementation of communication strategies and information programs, and in their publishing and advertising of the products/services - Organize and contribute to design Of Reseller Internet sites to establish their Internet presence including public relations and communications. - Co-facilitate in the development and implementation of overall sales and marketing strategies - Ensure compliance with voice and data communications regulations and directives of government regulatory agencies - Consult with Business Manager/other senior managers to establish policies concerned with the development, operation and maintenance of telecommunications services - Evaluate telecommunications traffic volume and flow within assigned area, through supervisors and technical staff - Develop action plans, provide expertise in response to client needs, and support and advise project teams - Liaise with representatives of related or connecting companies to resolve joint telecommunications problems and ensure efficient telecommunications system operations - Project co-ordination on various private & public sector tenders/ projects, which involves the preparation of tenders and Pre-Qualification questionnaires in co-ordination with the technical and pricing departments. Confer with other managers to set project objectives, to plan and to develop project paths to meet deadlines. Recommend and evaluate changes when necessary to ensure that allowance, resources and procedures are met.
