I was responsible for development and implementation of a new template for Spanish and Portuguese coordinators: standardization of notes, improvement of SEO, clearer communication, faster work.
Leiden University is one of the top 50 universities in the world, welcoming over 1000 international & exchange students every semester. I was in charge of preparing campaigns and logistics for the International Orientation Week for 1000 people. I was managing official social media channels and email of the university, designed posters and booklets in order to promote the event and managed attendees. Along with my team I found and managed sponsors of the event and organized logistics with the city council. I also recruited and trained the event crew.
