Our services are delivered by experienced Term Executives who embed with organizations for 9-24 months to build out all of the structures necessary for growth. Our work focuses on the following functions and services: • Stabilization: Bringing focus to organizations experiencing a lot of change and/or that have grown rapidly without right-sized operational structures in place. • Strategy and Program Effectiveness: Helping organizations and teams clarify their strategy and ensure that resources align with goals • Operational Structure: Improving all organizational systems, including planning, human resources, organizational learning, finance, IT, operations, fundraising, and communications • Culture: Creating the conditions for equity, diversity, and inclusion; fostering psychological safety • Leadership: Developing leaders who provide the direction and support the workforce needs to deliver on the mission • Scaling: Ensuring that the organization has the right staff, systems, resources, and leadership required for successful scaling While each project is customized to meet the organization’s circumstances, the Term Executive’s work is based on a holistic approach – integrating program design, leadership, management, culture, and business systems for nonprofit success – that I developed and tested with nonprofits over 20 years.
