Dats’up is a company specialized in 4 main domains: Data, DevSecOps, API Management & Cloud. We also have a “Sub-brand”, Cyber’up, only dedicated to the Security (Pentests, Security Audit, Trainings, Business security awareness), with a team of 25 persons, dedicated to these subjects. Co-creation of the company in August 2021 (declaration to the RC, selection of the “Fiduciaire”, selection and rental of offices, ask for Cantonal and federal’s autorisations), and in the mean time developing quickly the commercial & marketing part: - Analysis and understanding of the needs of the Swiss IT market and adaptation of our services and messages accordingly - Definition of Dats'up' commercial strategy (which key products? Princing strategie) - Definition of the company's marketing strategy externally and internally (Banners and images, definition of website needs and LinkedIn messages, implementation of welcome gifts for newcomers,...) - Definition of accounts to be addressed and distribution to salespeople with annual sales objectives, opening of new accounts, mission monitoring, - Definition of objectives also for our Leading consultants helping with the development of the business at their client's site - Selection of calls for tenders and drafting of response files - Project Management & follow up of commercial dashboards, costs optimisation and projection - Representation of the company at various professional events and with high-level managers I also had to : - Led a team of IT professionals and HR/sales, providing guidance, training, and mentoring to maximize their performance and productivity. - Manage HR activities (contracts Establishment, work permit requests, salary declarations) - Monitoring of financial dashboards and cost optimization, risk assessment and projection. - Investment decision making - Internal event organization +41.76 492 69 37 hello@datsup.ch
