Education Business Partnership Kent is a small independent Education Business Charity doing some high impact work. The Charity is dedicated to helping young people have positive experiences with Kent employers through a range of bespoke activities. John Radcliffe and team from the LSE gave permission for the Charity to continue trading independently following the EBL restructure that took place in Kent during 2005. Since then the Charity has evolved as a responsive solution driven partnership group for a wide range of schools, employers and other stake holders. The drive to develop cutting edge work whilst always mindful of the individual young person, has been at the foundation of the output. An exceptional team has built up over the years bringing a full range of specialisms and skills. An extraordinary IAG Team, brilliant Work Experience group, pure talent in the project team and large scale events that represent best value for employers and partners. It is an organisation that uses strategy to magnify effective delivery, aiming to reach and impact as many young people as possible. At the fore are the more vulnerable young people, extra support, extra provision, extra networking opportunities, whether for one young person or many the service is there.
