Leads the development of HDG’s short- and long-term strategy; Creates and implement HDG’s vision and mission; Sets strategic goals and make sure they are measurable and describable; Plans, develops, implements and directs HDG’s operational and fiscal functioning and performance; Develops and implement HDG’s plans and programs; Creates, improves, implements and enforces policies and procedures that will improve operational and financial effectiveness of HDG; Mentors and interacts with HDG strategists to foster growth and encourage development; Provides strategic executive-level leadership by facilitating or advising clients on strategy development and execution to improve operational outcomes; Assesses HDG’s risks and ensuring they are monitored and minimized; Manages collaborative projects and supports relationships with key partners including national organizations; Establishes and negotiates agreements by planning facilitating workshops, through other interactive sessions and assisting in developing the action plan the client will use to manage the change.
