• Overall management and responsibility of the day to day warehousing and distribution operations across 4 business divisions out of the 1500sqm site • Leading the NSW warehousing and distribution team consisting of 13 full time employees and 2 contracted drivers and rostering additional staff as required • Managing team dynamics and culture as well as individual coaching and mentoring • Setting KPI’s for the warehousing and distribution team to monitor performance and to improve on current processes • Schedule local contracted driver runs daily and monitoring their performance • Management of transport for all outbound orders both intra and interstate • Working closely with customer service and account managers of each business division to ensure customer orders are DIFOT and to ensure any order related queries are handled promptly • Work closely with the other states to ensure stock transfer targets are met within set KPI’s • Responsible for all warehouse and equipment service maintenance contracts including the management of all repairs and the contractors who visit the site • Manage urgent orders requests and monitor daily workflow to ensure orders are being despatched within the agreed timeframe

• Overall management of inbound operations at The Iconic fulfillment centre, including product receipt, put away, replenishment and customer returns • Management of the inbound team consisting of 3 direct reports and up to 130 indirect reports over two shifts • Working closely with vendor managers and category managers to ensure a smooth and efficient receipt of product into the fulfillment centre • Setting and monitoring KPI’s whilst ensuring work quality is being adhered to • Working within inbound operational budget • Ensuring the inbound operations team is working within service level agreements set by The Iconic • Look at ways to constantly improve processes within the inbound operations and reporting on this at improvement workshops • Manage staff performance as well as team and individual coaching and mentoring • Prepare weekly performance reports and attend performance meetings • Monitor & Adhere to WHS within the fulfillment centre • Attend daily stand up meetings and report back to key stakeholders on inbound area performance

• Responsible for the end to end logistics & supply function for Layby Services Australia group of companies which include Hamper King & YayDay! (Supplier selection, product selection, procurement, warehousing, distribution, through to the delivery to the customer) • Select suppliers & products as well as maintain relationships, negotiate pricing & design both a print & online catalogue of product ranges in a complex retail space • Manage service providers & negotiate terms that are in line with company goals & objectives • Manage the 3PL providers & in-house fulfilment operations teams & develop cost effective alternatives & improvements to the fulfilment process • Develop line haul schedules in-line with expected customer delivery dates • Source warehousing space during peak periods & setup a fully functioning operating warehouse in a short period • Develop & drive fulfilment teams to think lean and to implement these principles into day to day operations • Work closely with the customer service team to manage customer relationships, returns and feedback • Work closely with the General Manager to ensure business objectives are aligned to the supply chain function of the company through operation management meetings • Work closely with other areas of the company to ensure transparency and a positive working environment

• Oversee the automated receipt, pick, pack and despatch operation for TVSN • Responsible for over 10000 SKU’s and processing up to 2000 customer orders per day • Responsible for the training, management and utilisation of 100 staff over 2 shifts • Set and monitor KPI’s and report back to DC manager on a weekly basis • Liaise with external suppliers & customers to ensure products are delivered in full and on time • Coordinate & participate regular stock takes

• Supervise a team of 8 staff • Manage the receipt, pick, pack & despatch of customer orders in a fast-paced environment • Responsible for the management of inventory and warehouse work flow • Continuously train staff in working with a lean attitude • Responsible for developing warehouse team KPI's and reporting on these KPI's monthly • Assisted in the setup and implementation of a fully automated warehousing system including RF scanning

• Supervise the 3PL bond store for clients including Moet Hennessey and Lion Nathan • Processing containers as well as importing and exporting documentation • Staff training • Allocating and managing transport vehicles and runs for local deliveries • Loading and unloading trucks and containers
