As the Head of the ACN Product & Partnerships team I am responsible for strategic partnership development, Product Portfolio Roadmap Development, as well as customer Acquisition, Retention and Cross-Sell. My remit also includes management of the ACN Pacific Product Operations team. My commercial accountability includes overall performance of the Asia Pacific Product Portfolio including but not limited to: Product Margin, Revenue, Cost Management, and long term Roadmap development. The ACN Product Portfolio includes management of Products & Services across the Asia Pacific region and includes a combination of both 'In-House' and 'Agency' products for both Consumer and Business segments. The Product portfolio includes Mobile & Broadband Telecommunications, Business Grade VOIP services, Payment Processing (Eftpos & Point of Sale solutions), Energy including Electricity, Gas and Solar, Health, Home Security & Personal Security, as well as Home Automation and Surveillance product lines.
