Senior Executive Position - Chief Operating Officer The Capvest Group is a one-stop shop fully integrated provider of real-estate investment services to the private and public-sector property markets with a vertically integrated platform providing sophisticated real estate investment and management services to institutional and qualified investors (UHNWI and family offices) : - Defining investment strategy and conducting market researches and feasibility studies; - Coordinating and supervising all aspects of a development project from A to Z; - Negotiating with public authorities complex rezoning procedures, including all legal proceedings; - Managing the acquisition process from single multi-tenant properties to entire portfolios of mixed-use, retail, and residential properties (due diligence process, environmental assessment, transaction structuring, management of legal issues, revenue generation strategy); - Leading and managing investments and development projects to generate high IRR; - Managing a dedicated RE Asset Management team with four separate managed accounts with an aggregate value of 700 M Chf and a group proprietary RE portfolio (acquisitions, disposals, asset rotations, auctions, yield optimization); - Fund raising, deal sourcing, underwriting and supervising the entire due diligence and acquisition process; - Hiring and managing an international development team of 40 highly skilled professionals; - Building a 1 Bn Chf RE development pipeline in 3 countries; - Managing and developping one of the largest residential development project in Lisbon with a development value of more than 150 M € and 518 units; - Reporting directly to the founding shareholder and the board of directors; - Managing and controling of business activities and strategy of more than 50 RE entities; - Ensuring adequate overview and management of IT, cyber security, HR, legal and corporate affairs of the group, including internal control and process.
