KEY ROLE: • Transformation, efficiency increase and management of Operational procurement, Transactions (POs, Invoices) and Contractual workflow. New function of Management of the contracts’ obligations (ССМ) launch • 5 structures in direct report, above 250 employees TASKS: • Participation in Procurement block transformation strategy elaboration, responsibility for its implementation regarding Operational procurement, Transactions (POs, Invoices), including new service for Product teams, and Contractual workflow for all procurement contracts (creation of “Sourcing Factory”) o KPIs: staff (functions) realignment from Moscow to Ekaterinburg, business continuity keeping, efficiency per person, Lead-time of procurement and transactions, internal customer satisfaction level (questioning) • Operational management of the “Sourcing Factory”, efficiency increase • Elaboration and implementation of the “Customer” approach for internal business Functions ACHIEVEMENTS (RESULTS): • Launched “Sourcing Factory” and achieved all KPIs. Decreased staff for 30% in Procurement area and 16% − in transactions, business continuity was kept • Elaborated and implemented category strategy concerning Operational procurement • Elaborated and started to implement the “Customer” approach for internal business Functions: o Analysed Procure-to-Pay (Р2Р) process (from request to payment), conducted CJM analysis of both internal business Functions and Procurement employees, approved and implemented initiatives for improvement o Elaborated and approved procurement KPIs, reflecting P2P o Analysed IT solutions for Procurement efficiency and customer experience level increase • Implemented a new function – Management of the contracts’ obligations (ССМ, www.worldcc.com) • Digitized contract workflow with foreign partners (DocuSign, Diadoc): >85% of deals are done electronically • Adapted Compliance requirements and implemented them into procurement and related processes
