Zentech manufacturing is a contract manufacturer of printed circuit boards. My week is divided into two reports: the master push/pull report and the backlog issues report. I begin my week by breaking down the master report and sending it out to my purchasing team. then I will expedite parts that require to come in sooner than expected. Once I get my responses from vendors back, I will proceed in creating an issues report and highlighting and discrepancies in dates, order quantities, etc. once I contact all the vendors and get a response back from them, I begin to place any available parts on order.
Interned at a Freight Forwarding proprietorship. Created Inventory spreadsheets, maintained financial book keeping of the company, received and returned calls regarding reservations and freight bookings, and I delivered official documents as needed.
Worked with warehoused inventory, managing personnel and payroll, assisted in international English language phone calls, and analyzed data and reported it to my superiors.
