Building a new Customer Data and MadTech practice in Publicis Groupe Spain called Eris, to help clients realize the value of data-driven actions, consult on and implement their data and technology strategies, and advise on privacy-first approaches to navigate the fast-changing data landscape. The area brings together the specialist data teams to reach all Publicis customers and agencies brands. Responsible for the technology teams and projects, as well as managing operations with all group companies, clients and technology and data partners. Main worklines: Lead the technological solutions building to face the new cookieless environment. 1st Party-Data, CDP, Id Graph, Marketing Automation, Identity Resolution, Real Time Interaction Management and Data Clean Room projects development, implementation and optimization. Coordination with the Advanced Analytics and Machine Learning team to optimize the digital experience in the customer data projects. Operations management of data-driven omnichannel activation and strategies for customers, with a performance-based orientation. MadTech convergence strategies deployment in customers.
