Responsible for managing the donor relations for all existing & new donors in terms of newsletters, sponsor a Child updates, processing of donations, thank you notes, queries and handling of donor visits to Lotus Petal. • Responsible for supporting events in being organised by either board members,through event management on backend system, identification of leads and options for silent auctions, marketing and promotion material, event deck, invites, coordinating for post event reconciliation, closure, MIS and reporting. • Assisting the Donor Relation in managing donation asks, corporate and donor follow ups and all coordination with the academic and administrative staff. • Responsible for managing the international volunteering program. •Maintaining a tracker and following up for timely completion of all the activities . • Maintaining a close work relationship & smooth coordination with Communications, Monitoring & Evaluation and Finance departments for timely delivery with the desired quality on the above.
