Implementing the Organic and Natural Farming for Sustainable Livelihood Project at Narsan and Bhagwanpur Block of Haridwar. I am handling a team of 18 field facilitators in various villages with 150 Farmers’ Business Clubs with 6000 farmers. • To develop strategies for effective community management and ensure maximum resource utilization. • Ensure daily reporting of field facilitators and adoption of organic farming practices. • Monitoring of the allocated budget to ensure effective utilization and prevent deviations from planned expenditures • Ensure strict adherence to capturing of MIS data required for ongoing audits. • Time-bound delivery of farmers' support like Agri Inputs, technical accessories, and other organic materials. • Ensure quality of productions of Sugarcane, wheat, and paddy through soil improvement. • Training schedule and regular capacity-building activities of farmers and field facilitators to adopt organic practices. • Ensure quality production of the crop (Sugarcane & Wheat) through better soil health, organic manure, and composting. • To support the marketing team in addition to value chain management for market linkages and the certification team for channelizing the organic certification process. • To design ICE material to maximize the reach of programs and vendor arrangements, for effective project activities.
