Led conversations with stakeholders and documented business requirements, which were used by system admins and developers to develop the processes for migration into a new data lake. Developed logic for data transformations and performed EDA on SQL to guide the team and QC the data to store correct information related to R&D, P&L and cost in the Data Lake 2. Acted as Project Manager to lead a Data Migration Project for a large Pharmaceutical Company by cross functionally syncing with their partner product teams, prioritized feedback and resolved issues raised by system suers during UAT and Hyper-care to increase the data lake acceptance rate 3. Designed a Data and Tech Blueprint to activate Omnichannel Marketing use cases by enhancing for a Customer 360 view resulting in an improved and targeted communication with Healthcare Provider for a large BioTech company 4. Devised a post-merger integration plan by conducting assessments on the current technologies to ensure a smooth integration of technology, people and department while identifying and suggesting to deploy the right resources to streamlines processes
