* Receiving, issuing and record keeping *Arrange receiving of all raw materials and spare parts agree with the quantity and quality mentioned in PO and place them in an appropriate bin. *Recording and reconciling the raw materials and spare parts receive with the record. * Issuance of material with an appropriate requisition and checking proper justifications. * Recording all the issued materials in accordance with a proper cost center. * Update all the receiving and issuance of materials on a daily basis. * Checking the proper justification of issued spare parts. *Raise material purchase requisition with checking proper justification. *Reporting the consumption report weekly/monthly timely. *Daily material inventory balance report. * Raising report of materials and spare parts. * Conduct physical verification of raw material and spare parts whether agree with the record in each month before providing monthly consumption report.
*Handling and execute import documents (Transferring L/C, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Payment planning, Shipping indemnity). *Liaison with Bank, C&F agents and freight forwarder agents to ensure the smooth clearance of consignments *Follow up for import documents, shipments and ensure on time delivery form factories/supply units. *To coordinate Finance & Accounts department for conducting and processing reconciliation with Banks including acceptance. *Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
1.Prepare daily, weekly, monthly & yearly stock statement and submit it to the authority & maintain records such as Stock ledger. 2.Route planning and delivery arrangement on specific time. 3.Maintain inventory with accuracy and monitoring inventory level and checking over physical product items in the storehouse. 4.Received purchased product from the suppliers and to arrange for the storage in appropriate places. 5.Exercise general control over all activities in store department. 6.Implementation of allocation for promotion materials submitted by sales team. 7.Giving daily entries to ERP software and generating daily stocks reports and keeping the senior management alongside reporting authorities abreast of the daily stock report. 8.Coordinate and supervise the duty of the staff under my control.
