The General Manager of The World is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the entire hotel operation on the largest privately-owned residential yacht on earth. The GM directs the staff in all Hotel departments (Front Office, Hotel Administration, Sales, Human Resources, Retail, Housekeeping, Hotel Stores, Laundry, Food & Beverage, Spa, Enrichment and Sports & Fitness) to ensure the delivery of exceptional and personalized service to all Residents and Guests. He also works closely with the Captain and other executive and senior management officials
The Hotel Manager is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the entire hotel operation (including Front Office, Hotel Administration, Sales, Human Resources, Retail, Housekeeping, Hotel Stores, Laundry, Food & Beverage, Spa, Enrichment and Sports & Fitness departments) and reports directly to the General Manager. When The World’s General Manager is on leave, the Hotel Manager oversees the daily operation of all hotel departments to ensure the delivery of extraordinary service to all Residents and Guests.
