Transformation of Ceva’s size and globalisation (x2,5 in 10y), therefore focused on building a new operating model every 3 to 5 years and progressively centralised procurement: harmonisation of processes + development of a global team & upskilling Procurement everywhere. - transformed Procurement from a local to a fully centralised function, with a global footprint in France / Hungary / USA / Brazil and Italy + International Procurement offices in China & India. - Developed an engaged community of buyers worldwide.
