I am responsible for the strategy and implementation of the transformation plan for client services (web and mobile), working with contractors and integrating external services. Main responsibilities: - Working with business customers internally - analyzing and describing tasks from business customers - prioritizing the implementation of functional solutions - distribution of tasks within the IT-team and the main contractor (weekly sprints) - monitoring the implementation of sprints - evaluation and improvement of services, based on client feedback - work with external contractors (English) What was done: - more than 1000 tasks were implemented within 1 year - Established and streamlined the processes of interaction with the main contractor - Codeshare project with Aeroflot was implemented - Aeroexpress service integration project was implemented - Recruitment of an internal QA team - Developed and approved the service development strategy and schedule for 2022-23 Additionally: - Conducted IT team recruitment interviews - elaboration of visual service upgrade cases - Establishing communication processes between departments - The "one window" rule for setting tasks from business customers has been implemented Tools: - email - Jira - Youtrack - Figma - Miro - Zoom
