• Leading Ekta Shakti Foundation with a team of 1000+ staff and managing the implementation of multi-sectoral, multi-state programs, benefiting directly around 1.2 million poor Children, Women and Youth of India, with an annual portfolio of USD 10 million. • Leading the planning process for the growth path of the organization and mentoring support to department heads in planning their goals and work plans. • Developing and sustaining close relationships with sector players, program partner organizations, bilateral/multilateral missions, government officials, private corporations, and a wide range of national and international donor organizations. • Establish and nurture partnerships with different state governments; regular meeting with Secretaries of Govt. of India, State Governments, and International development agencies. • Guiding the fundraising activities for the organization which includes planning, as well implementation of the appropriate strategies aligning to the financial goals of the organisation. • Guiding the Communication Team for communication strategy, image building and development of IEC and communication materials for various platforms. • Manage, develop and mentor a high calibre team, including recruitment and staff performance management. • Regular update to the organization’s board of directors, on the progress of the organisation.
