Management and execution of CSR project. Responsible for communicating, coordinating and impelementation of HCL's CSR programme in Noida area. Manages strong relationships with other organisations, institutes and colleges. Responsible for increasing approach with all stakeholders. Increased the number of students in Vocational trainings, colleges and institutes by 10-20 percent even during COVID. Responsible for conceptualising, arranging and managing organisation's events. Works directly with senior management team. Creates training modules and documents and provides trainings to inter college students and other trainers. Maintains data of programme and creates monthly, quaterly and annual reports for funder and organisation. Gave hands on organisation's Newsletter, social media contents, posters and pamphlets. Counsells individual students for the best suitable vocational programmes based upon their interests and other criterias.
