- Product marketing and Product management for FinTech products such an Android POS, EMI scheme and Payment Gateway. - Product Management for ePOS, a digital payment collection app for merchants. Led UX and product feature definition. Market research for categories of merchants and their payment collection needs. - Led B2B marketing campaign to increase lead generation by 3x times, while reducing cost of customer acquisition by 50%.

- Product Strategy and Planning for Smartphones and IoT products. Product Specs and Roadmap Creation. Led online and offline sales strategy and operations. Involved in the process of conceptualization, development & testing, certifications & regulations, labeling & packaging etc. Developed & launched more than 40 Smart phones in 3 year of duration. - Worked with Panasonic Japan / Panasonic Vietnam software team to develop Fit Home UI Launcher for ELUGA series of Smart phones. Partnered with different Software firms in Israel, India, Vietnam, China & Europe to develop UI/UX and Apps for Smart devices. - Worked with Top ODMs & Design houses of Taiwan who make Smart devices for Tier-1 brands like Apple, Motorola, Dell, HP, Xiaomi, Lenovo, Amazon, Google, Sony etc.

- Part of the core team which re-launched Panasonic Smart phones in the Indian market. Generated $200 million of revenue in second year of business. - Partnering with Chipset makers, Network operators, Software developers, Testing firms, & Design agencies. Looked after various product certifications such as BIS, Google GMS, CE, WEEE, RoHS, NTRA.

- Responsible for launching Lava and XOLO android Smartphone in Indian market. Looked after product management, competitive analysis, product positioning, vendor management, and program management. Part of the core team who launched Xolo brand in the Smart Phone industry and helped Xolo to generate $400 million sales per year. - Closely worked with multiple Design Houses and ODMs of China for Industrial Design, Hardware Design, System Integration and Manufacturing of Smart Phones. Frequently traveled to China to worked closely with the ODM designers and engineers. Spend good time in China factory to ensure QA process and manufacturing guidelines are in place. - Researched market and competitors offering, analyse market segmentation and market gaps. Created differentiation for the product. Worked with the market-communication and sales teams to define the go-to-market strategy. - Recruited and managed in house software development team. Worked with software engineers and UI designers to develop Lava in house applications for Music player, Video player, Customer Care app, File manager, Power saver app, Gesture based launcher.

- Project leader of a cross-culture team of six engineers for a large System-on-Chip project; total annual revenue of the project was over $100M. Delivered the technology solution to Lenovo China, where it was adopted for future generation of products. This ultimately helped the customer to bring lower the cost by 60% for their net book laptop & docking station. - Direct interface to customers in China, Singapore, Germany, France and USA. Responsible for global release and delivery of SDK for SPEAr family of processors. - Analyzed market requirements, performed competitive analysis and designed evaluation models on in-house projects that provided strategic planning to improve design and cost of products. Involved with marketing team of Singapore for presales activities. As a result, reduced cost lead to 50% increase in customer acquisition.

- DRDO gave me the first break to learn the intricacies of Project management and Product development for defence related projects. I got chance to work with engineers and scientist of Russia and Israel. - Involved in programming for embedded software for fighter aircrafts viz Su-30MKI and Mig-27. The project resulted to indigenous development of avionics for Indian Airforce. - Lead a team of engineers to develop application software and algorithm for RWR (Radar Warning Receiver). Took part in the flight sorties of Su-30 for the final integration of RWR. - Led multi-disciplinary software design teams and involved in entire software product life cycle; spearheaded standardization process for coding, documentation and maintenance. Ensured that new process improves the development of software and reduces the release time by 50%.
