As the Lead Product Manager, I am responsible for data management and implementation of GDPR policies for all Customer data within the different technology platforms (Hadoop, Teradata, Seligent). To formulate the vision, strategy and long-term roadmap regulation roll out and data retention. + Engage and align with internal and external stakeholders including technology, marketing, legal, partners and project management + Collaborate with delivery teams to plan and implement data transfers and deletion framework + Lead the development of single unique customer identifier to sync Tesco Bank, Mobile and Stores customers + Maintain customer data product roadmap, ensuring strategic alignment to overall data domain objectives + Define features and technical user stories in collaboration with system engineers, program managers, developers, testers, and consumers + Create templates for documentation for processes, data dictionaries, data mapping and indexing metadata + Own and drive backlog grooming, management, acceptance criteria, testing and delivery + Oversee continuous improvement and innovation to data consumer experiences (internal and external) + Be the voice of the customer data domain and providing a business perspective on value driven solutions development
