As heading the IS Division for Africa and Middle East region, I am handling the responsibilities of infrastructure and application management with our Global IT team.  Defining Organization system/ERP requirement after aligning the cross functional Managers.  Implementation of the ERP to meet the defined objectives.  Managing ERP system (Epicore9) and EPI reports.  Post implementation review, measures, Sign off and closure.  Mange and support Application Development & Infrastructure support team.  ERP Disaster Recovery Planning.  IT Help Desk Administration and Management.  Backup of User support for IS troubleshooting.  Managing IT Budget process.  Communicating with Vendors/Suppliers and service providers.  Negotiating and evaluating SLAs.  Managing and administrating procurement process.  Bring in operational efficiency by enhancing System setup.  Optimizing the System functionality / Upgrading of systems.  Member of Global Change Advisory board of Heinz.  Review Global and Local IT policy. Major responsibilities handling: As headed the IT Division, I was handling the responsibilities of infrastructure and application management. Ensuring the timely completion of each projects (both Infrastructure and Application). Creation, review and amendment of IT Policy. Adopting emerging trends and addressing industry requirements to achieve organizational objectives and profitability norms. Noteworthy Milestones  Built up Multinational office network including Central IT office in Trivandrum –India and two data centres in Dubai and New Jersey – US.  Successfully re implemented i-Scala2.3 ERP system.  Implemented IP phone communication system  Implemented CITRIX server for remote access to Applications.  Successfully oversaw the administration and configuration of ERP System (i-Scala 2.3)  Managing and designing strategic plans for IT Division.

Major responsibilities handled: Handled the process as Technical Project Manager for new ERP system (ORION Enterprise Edition 10.6) Implementation. Mapped business solution & requirement to system solutions while ensuring the completion and delivery of modules on time. Generation of reports and information vital to the business. Design and development of in-house applications for different departments. Coordinating functional process heads and technical team by providing technical and domain knowledge. Noteworthy Milestones:  Pivotal in managing the application and database installation and maintenance.  Successfully oversaw the administration and configuration of ERP System (ORION 10.6)  Designed software applications & utilities for different divisions for the ease of their day to day operations such as  Generated scheduled and ad-hoc reports for Management, Sales Division, Accounts and Finance Division and Logistics Division.  Significantly involved in managing, controlling & providing first level IT Support for the entire organization.  Made the ERP systems LIVE on scheduled date.  Designed and developed Bill of Entry Application for the company based on the standards specified by Dubai Customs.  Provided guidelines for IT infrastructure improvement and maintenance.  Member of IT Strategy design team of the company.

Major responsibilities handled: Member of Software Development team of National Bank of Oman and involved in the Design, Development, Testing and Delivery of in house Applications. Noteworthy Milestones  Stellar role in design and development of automating the: o Back Office system o Clearing House System o Cheque Collection System o Special Clearing section o SMS Banking o Fingerprint and Smart Card Registration System  Received appreciation email from the Assistant General Manager of National Bank of Oman for the completion of Cheque Collection system and Special Clearing System.  Worked with multiple project teams.
