- Managing the production process of collections from the development stage to final delivery alongside the Operations Manager. - Develop technical packs including size specifications, fit comments, grading rules, and tolerances for all styles briefed - including colour ups. - Work closely with designers to ensure all tech packs meet deadlines. - Attend fit sessions, provide technical knowledge, check finishes, and measure samples as necessary. - Communicate clear and detailed instructions to offshore manufacturers throughout the sampling and bulk process, including fit and shipper comments (Gmail, WeChat). - Negotiating costs with suppliers, problem-solving to meet our brand costings, and finalising RRPs. - Ensuring all plain and printed bulk fabrics are approved as per approved PP samples. - Responsibility for all the fit samples , bulk shipment samples, and pre-production samples arrival on time and adhere to the fit, construction, and workmanship standards to ensure consistency across all factories - Communicating with freight forwarders to book both sea and air freight bulk to ensure all deliveries are on time and cost-effective. - Confirming commercial invoices and packlists and following through the freight process to finalising COO and LCL declarations.

This then was captured in a photoshoot I styled and organised.
