As Franchise Operations Executive I'm responsible for providing operational support primarily to the National Operations Manager and 3 State Franchise Managers, managing a constantly growing network of 390 franchised stores nationally. I'm responsible for the daily support of 60 stores located inner northern and inner western Melbourne. I build strong commercial relationships with Franchisees and 3 international key suppliers, and other stakeholders in the tobacco industry. I also manage key supplier programs run across the TSG network, as well as preferred supplier arrangements that benefit TSG franchisees.
From concept to design, customer enquiry to taking a deposit, I work with customers, turning their ideas into their next proud investment. I work with clients, extract ideas, present both design ideas and the latest finishes, to satisy their joinery requirements. I then complete designs in Cabinet Vision, ready for our production team to manufacture and install.
