I oversee global creative for e.l.f. Beauty across all consumer touch points, built an internal 30-person team and oversee external agency partners. I lead 360 integrated campaigns for primary, secondary and tertiary monthly product promotions; digital storytelling and media, packaging and in-store experiences coordinated with digital brand awareness campaigns and emerging platform activations including a tiktok take-over that reached over 4.5 billiion views and won 3 CMA awards including 2019 Best in Show.
I lead all creative O2O (online to offline) for the Estée Lauder brand, overseeing the internal, multidisciplinary teams to re-position and expand the brand in specialty-multi retailers while modernizing the brand presence at existing retailers. Contracted and directed external partners for influencer product activations and new retail concept design.
As a lead member of the turn-around team, I was responsible for managing and directing the re-brand of Avon's iconic, global portfolio; enhancing valuable equities while driving efficiencies. I revitalized existing brands and created a completely new, heritage brand "132 Chambers". I collaborated closely with R&D Consumer Insights in the design of upstream innovation.
Founded and ran an agency with clients including : GlaxoSmithKline, Tressemé, Absolut Vodka, Indigo Books, Johnson & Johnson, Mohawk Paper and Kolo. Concept development, Creative strategy, product design packaging and all aspects of web and branding.
In partnership with Mohawk Paper, I conceived and launched a direct-to-consumer, e-commerce startup focusing on the white space of design-focused new mothers. Pinhole Press is a web-to-print model enabling super simple, beautifully-designed photo books and gifts made easily from photos uploaded from your iphone. The project reached revenues of 2MM in the first year.
I conceived of and launched a new, sustainable brand for the Indigo portfolio. The Pistachio concept encompassed a full line of eco-friendly apothecary, proprietary gifts and paper goods sustainably designed and manufactured. I worked with Bruce Mau on concepting the positioning and design of the Pistachio brand and developed his first "Optimism" product collection.
I was Executive Director, Creative for 1.5 years after my time as Design Director, Global Packaging for 3.5 years. I lead all creative to established brand codes in the spirit of Aveda's sustainability mission; directing all creative/packaging and accessories to be designed and made in the most ecologically sound methods available.
I worked along side Vera to design her first home collection. In this role, I directed the design of her growing licensing ventures including home, fragrance packaging, eyewear and accessories.
