During a period of rapid growth, I trained and hired the Kaltura project management team and built a robust support infrastructure, including a 24/7 support desk. In addition, I led the technical architecture of successful multimillion-dollar deals and exceeded quota goals quarter to quarter while coaching a team of sales engineers and solution architects to determine, plan, and recommend software and service solutions. My team's technical RFP/RFI responses had an exceptionally high percentage of wins, and we created a sales team hub of competitive information, product knowledge, and technology while providing hands-on support to the top strategic opportunities. As an officer in the Israeli Air Force, I specialized in operations and managed multi-million dollar systems operations, leading large multidisciplinary teams. I was a member of the founding team of the 'Arrow' Systems Operations unit and received numerous citations for excellence. I planned and executed strategic collaborations between Israeli and foreign militaries, oversaw resource allocation and management, led operational centers, and deployed official policies across various disciplines and successfully led massive organic growth periods.
