Partnered with the CEO and executive leadership to define business plans and company-wide technology strategies for LEO Holding and Astrolab Holding, operating as a multi-entity family office  Led a comprehensive IT assessment and digital transformation program covering infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, networks, and IT governance for a multi-entity family office operating across Kuwait, UAE, and Europe.  Conducted an end-to-end review of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, networks, and governance, identifying critical gaps and operational risks.  Developed a full IT Strategy and Roadmap aligned with business objectives, covering infrastructure modernization, security posture, ERP transformation, and IT governance.  Assessed and redesigned network architecture, internet resiliency, and telephony systems; recommended load balancing, multi-ISP redundancy, and on-premise PBX to ensure business continuity.  Directed evaluation and stabilization of investment, ERP, and finance platforms (QPLIX, Globe, E-Synergy), including ERP RFP and vendor selection across Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, and Odoo.  Worked directly with Qplix vendor to define implementation milestones and resolve data integration challenges with international banks.  Reviewed and strengthened cybersecurity controls, including Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA, endpoint protection (CrowdStrike), firewall strategy (FortiGate), and phishing awareness programs.  Delivered executive-level recommendations covering IT policies, data protection, document management, disaster recovery, and scalability.

Working with Sr. GM-IT and ASGH stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations - The Information Technology Group has a staff of approximately 50 and an annual budget of approximately $5.0M. - Overall responsibility to provide service and support for the IT of Al-Sayer Holding Group / subsidiaries and sister companies, by planning, establishing and administering the strategic IT plans, goals, objectives; which include the following sections (Information system, Network, communication, IT Help desk and Technical supports) - Managing and controlling SAP implantation projects which include ECC( HCM, FICO, SD, MM, DBM/VMS), CRM, BW, Fiori, FSCM, BPC, Solman, GRC, SSO , Opentext , SAC and SF Reviewing guidelines, procedures, rules, and regulations; establishing priorities, standards, and measurement tools for determining progress in meeting Business goals and vision; - Moving to SAP HEC - Analyze the group needs, conduct feasibility studies, and develop and/or modify information processing systems. - Directs the activities of staff within the IT program areas under the direct reporting to the SR GM-IT; Designs, establishes, and maintains the IT structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the organization's goals and objectives; recruits, employs, trains, supervises, and evaluates unit staff. - Develops and manages annual IT group budget for the organization and performs periodic cost and productivity analyses.Keep current with the latest technologies - Ensure that Q.M.S. processes are established, implemented and maintained in IT as per ISO 9001:2015. - Direct research on potential technology solutions in support of procurement efforts, Reviewing and maintaining IT systems and Infrastructure which including HW, Datacenter, Connectivity and Network - Manage information technology professionals staff including aspects of human resources such as career development, performance objectives and performance reviews.

Reporting to the GM-IT for Alsayer Group Fully responsible of the IT department activities for all the below four sections with providing service and support to Alsayer organization (including subsidiaries and sister group) 1- Information System section (Programming requests related to software and application performance, customizations, user queries, build integration module,…etc) 2-Network Section (Maintenance of servers and implementation of new services related to network, creation of log-in ID, e-mail IDs in exchange server, Database and system administration, Backup procedure,.. etc) 3-Communication section (Establishment of communication links between sites, group companies; maintenance of EPABX system and internal telephone network (intercom) , CCTV, door access , fingerLan ,..etc) 4Technical support and Help desk section (PC / Desktop, Hardware\equipments, Operating system and System support to user/customers with monitoring the process)

Under the direct reporting to the GM-IT, Analyze the group needs, conduct feasibility studies, and develop and/or modify information processing systems. The Information Technology Group has a staff of approximately 30 and an annual budget of approximately $2.0M. •Directs the activities of staff within the IT program areas; establishes goals and objectives that support overall strategies of IT group; plans, develops, and approves schedules, priorities, and standards for achieving goals; directs evaluation activities; directs the preparation of budgets and provides final approval; assists the Executive Director in directing the organization; and provides direction, guidance, and assistance in the program areas by establishing and administering information technology policies. •Directs continuing review of present application systems and technique and formulation of new and revised systems, examining techniques in use and determining appropriate changes to effect improvements, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. •Develops and manages annual IT group budget for the organization and performs periodic cost and productivity analyses. •Designs, establishes, and maintains the IT structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the organization's goals and objectives; recruits, employs, trains, supervises, and evaluates unit staff. •Ensure that Q.M.S. processes are established, implemented and maintained for IT as per ISO 9001:2008

I am responsible for more than 5 full-time permanent, As a team in IS section, we provided full services and support to over 1,600 staff members. -Develops the projects plan for the company in coordination with the staff of the relevant department and key members of the company's upper management to support management control and decision making activities as well as the internal operations -Managing the maintenance of the current project and support as well. -Directs the project to ensure successful completion, including the Technical and user documentation and implementation and support for live running. -Also I am working as Management Representative and responsible for ISO 9001/2000 certificate

Reporting to the IT Manager, Kuwait -Member of a team consists of five persons with variant responsibilities participated in: Analysis, Design, Implementation, Develop and Enhancement the Retail Systems for Americana Accounting (include various modules), Purchasing and Inventory by using Oracle Designer/Developer 2000 in Americana Branches Design, Develop and implementing consolidated financial reports system to maintain Company Profit & losses as an intermediate stage to Oracle Financial Analyzer. This system used to import data (text file CSV) from all companies branches to oracle, updating it, printing profit & losses reports and export data in a suitable format to oracle financial analyzer. By using oracle Designer/Developer 2000.

Reporting to the IT Manager, Kuwait Member of a team consists of five persons with variant responsibilities participated in: Maintaining and enhancing the running Payroll/Personnel system in both restaurants sector and Head Office in Kuwait. This system was designed and developed by a retired developer using Oracle designer/developer 2000. Design/Develop offline van sales/customers management systems for (Baskin Robbins Chain). Database / Systems (Applications, HW) / Servers Administration  Configuring, Installing and Administrating Oracle database, Windows Servers/Clients, and TCP/IP networks Configuring and administrating for sun servers. Making, follow up and enhancing the logical and physical backup for Oracle DB to the newly available storage media (tape, CD, DVD) by using shell scripts and tools. Successfully migrated company's database from Oracle 8 on a Sun E4000 server (Sun Solaris 5) to oracle 9iR2 on a Sun Fir V880 server (Sun Solaris 9). Successfully migrated Company's developed systems from oracle developer 2000 running on windows 98/Me clients to Oracle 6i developer running on windows XP clients. Successfully merge the Baskin Robbins and TGI FRIDAY’S in Kuwait systems into the system running in the restaurant Sector in Kuwait. Successfully migrating company's database from Oracle 7.x on a Sun E4000 server (Sun Solaris 5) to oracle 8 on the same sun server. Successfully migrating Company's developed systems from oracle developer 2000 running on windows for work groups 3.11 clients to Oracle developer 2000 running on windows 98/ME clients. Installing Oracle Designer/Developer 2000 on Windows 3.x/9x/Me/2000. Installing Oracle DB 7.x for Novell, SCO, and Windows NT/2000 server. Cooperate with Americana's IT staff in UAE branch by Exporting the database design for developed systems , source code and full Business and technical explanation to implement the system in that branch and carrying out the branch requirements.

Reporting to the IT Deputy Manager, Egypt. Participate other members in developing Retail Systems for Americana’s companies:- Using ORACLE Developer 2000 and Oracle 7.x DB running on Novell server to 1-Fashionway Retail prototype project, which includes modules for budget planning, Inventory and Purchasing. 2-Americana restaurants control system which is designed to control all Americana restaurants scattered all over the Middle East, this systems consists of different modules to control Inventory, Purchasing and Accounting (Including various subsystems). 3-Consolidate Financial Reports for used in Americana’s head office Kuwait , work with another team member in design and develop this system

Reporting to the Project Manager, Egypt. Participate other members in Design/developing Systems using MS Visual C++, Paradox Database Engine running on windows for WG and ODBC ( Open database Connectivity ) to link with variety of databases : 1-Developing ADVIS (Advanced Dental Visual Information System), simulated 3D graphical dental clinic / polyclinic management system. 2-Developing AOVIS (Advanced Ophthalmology Visual Information System) simulated 3D graphical polyclinic management system. Installing, Configuration and Administration Novell NetWare 3/ Windows for Workgroup (Hardware and Software) client/ client server in the Department. One of my job parts is running of technical presentations for the client/server projects
