1) Review the monthly forecast accuracy reports. 2) Collaborate with various functional areas, including engineering, supply chain, quality, finance, manufacturing and operations, shipping and receiving, material handling, and others to develop and respond to our group branches all over the Arab countries (Jordan, Iraq, Lebanon, Morocco, UAE, SA, Oman, Kuwait and other Arab countries) and new business opportunities 3) Local demand planning a) Reviewing sales and marketing forecasting. b) Reviewing and controlling the new product development c) Review the demand plan and the assumption upon which the plan was based. 4) Preparing the Supply Plans (MRP & MPS). 5) Set Monthly S&OP Meeting to assure a smooth flow of the supply process. 6) Reviewing the Quarter Forecasting to make sure that the requested will be available on time without any delay. 7) Supervises requirements planning for department, division, project, or organization 8) Sets schedule for project or development and flow of requisite materials 9) Prepares Planning budget 10) Sets goals, policies, and procedures for project 11) Offers employee trainings and development 12) Communicates with other managers, supervisors, and colleagues throughout project

1) Develops local supply chain strategy that supports and meets company strategy, company performance objectives and customer expectations 2) Develops and monitors systems for accurate work center inventory control and productivity levels 3) Support communications of necessary forecasting, data analysis and Sales and Operations Planning Information to Top management 4) Develop and utilize capacity planning tools and procedures 5) Develop reports and tools as needed to support analytical / information needs of the business unit. 6) Work with Supply Chain Management to improve supplier on-time delivery and line back logistics 7) Develop, implement and track Production Planning metrics 8) Perform root cause analysis and actions to improve any metric not meeting targeted goals 9) Implement continuous improvement/lean manufacturing principles and discipline

1) Ensure all materials project milestones are achieved within identified and documented time, budget, and performance expectations 2) Support various inventory control measures utilizing Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes 3) Evaluate, develop, and/or implement standards and procedures for materials project management methodology, practices, procedures, and tools 4) Establish and monitor ERP system parameters, including safety stock levels for finished goods and raw material inventories.

1) Ensure that material scheduling strategy and processes are in place and work effectively in order to ensure material supply meets production requirements with minimum stock levels, whilst optimizing costs 2) Take ownership of material planning issues that arise, including over or under delivery and take any follow up actions especially in the event of material shortages that affect production 3) Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions 4) Manage inventory risk and ensure that contingency plans are in place 5) Seek and recommend solutions to overcome issues arising in order to meet production requirements and address operational risks 6) Ensure that professional and consistent materials planning processes are applied across the business 7) Ensure that any Material Requirements Planning system (MRP) or IT system in place is effective and that data is accurate and up to date and resolve any issues as required 8) Investigate and implement system enhancement initiatives 9) Ensure the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and inventory accuracy at all times and manage and control inventory levels and movements 10) Oversee labelling processes to ensure correct parts/finished assemblies reach correct customers at the correct time 11) Report on achievement of targets and identify any corrective action
