Overall responsibility for the SystemicLogic Group, including: • Leading development and execution of the company’s long term growth strategy for the four pillars of the Group • Ensuring SystemicLogic designs and delivers effective innovation methods and projects, facilitating collaborative processes that enable people to solve complex problems and create breakthrough solutions • Engaging with clients for the long term, helping them find and implement new, simpler and more efficient ways of working that are cost effective, have rapid benefit realization and can be executed with minimal business disruption • Engaging with experts to find ways their skills and capabilities can benefit SystemicLogic and their clients • Thought leadership – actively developing new innovations and solutions, and researching trends and customer needs • Leading and developing the team at SystemicLogic so they can challenge and deconstruct conventional thought and give clients enhanced tactical solution designs • Driving revenue and the establishment and monitoring of the client engagement process • Day-to-day management of the SystemicLogic Group as an amalgamation of four companies: Strategic Advisory; Ideation and Activation; Implementation; Branding and Technology Support • Ensuring effective internal controls and management information systems are in place
