 Climate Strategy design. Designing the Group’s Climate commitments and driving transformative projects : alignment on the Paris Agreement goals - "Credit Agricole Group 2020’s climate strategy", on the Net Zero by 2050 objectives (NZBA, SBTi)- "Acting for the climate. Our contribution to carbon neutrality by 2050". Defining and coordinating a dedicated climate governance at the Group level (Top Management Group Committee, Scientific Committee). Building the Group’s Climate Adaptation and Resilience strategy.  Climate Strategy implementation. Project management: Net Zero (definition of the portfolios’ decarbonation targets for 10 sectors), Sectoral Policies (drafting the new coal, oil &gas, forests policies), transformative tools and methodologies (building an in house “Climate Transition Score” with the main businesses). Enhancing ambitions and ensuring consistency at Group level.  ESG communication and reporting. TCFD Climate report, CSRD, investors roadshows, extra-financial rating agencies’ questionnaires (CDP, MSCI...).  Stakeholder’s coordination and cooperation. > Internal coordination of inter-entities working groups (Net Zero, Climate Adaptation) across all the Group’s business lines (CIB, asset management, insurance, retail). > External cooperation with professional networks and authorities (FBF, EFB, ACPR, ECB), expertise working groups and cross-sectorial coalitions on climate transition (SBTi, UNEP-FI’s PRB), think tanks (I4CE, ADEME, ILB). > In-depth and regular multi-stakeholder dialog with NGOs (Reclaim Finance, Oxfam, BankTrack), collaboration with the academic community - setting up and driving the Group’s Scientific Committee (high-level experts on Climate Change, Biodiversity)

Several assignments for Finance for Tomorrow (mapping of the French research ecosystem on Green and Sustainable Finance), and for the FIR – French Forum for Responsible Investment (coordination of FIR’s shareholder engagement campaign on CAC40 companies’ fiscal responsibility practices).

 CSR & climate change strategy. Design of the reinsurer’s CSR Strategy & Action Plan and Climate Policy  Project management. Voluntary carbon offset program: design and implementation + Social and environmental impact investing project (reforestation): detailed study and proposals. Divestment from tobacco and coal.  ESG communication and reporting. Drafting the Group’s Sustainable Development Reports (both regulatory and voluntary: UN Global Compact’s COP, PSI reporting); website redesign (CSR pages). Roadshows with SRI analysts; Response to ESG rating agencies: CDP, Trucost, ISS Oekom, Sustainalytics...  Stakeholders cooperation and coordination. Internal coordination with the key Group’s departments: investments, P&C and Life underwriting... External cooperation. French professional networks (France Assureurs, AFEP), United Nations (UNEP-FI’s PSI, PRI), NGOs, think tanks.

French Development Agency (AFD), Paris. Support to the AFD’s Research Program on “Commons”.

Design of the office's development strategy, Scientific cooperation with UNESCO, valorization of UNU’s research on Sustainability (international conferences at UNESCO - 300 to 400 persons, publications).

Design and management of ENA’s training programs for foreign senior civil servants on development cooperation, diplomacy, and international relations (sourcing and coordination of the keynote speakers, French and international; partnerships set-ups). 6 to 7 training cycles per year and 10 to 12 one-time training events (conferences, seminars)

Research and scientific coordination. Seminars and conferences’ organization. Publications and presentations derived from the doctoral research. Teaching classes at the Master for Comparative Politics, Middle East Program.
