Our contribution to carbon neutrality by 2050". Defining and coordinating a dedicated climate governance at the Group level (Top Management Group Committee, Scientific Committee). Building the Group’s Climate Adaptation and Resilience strategy. Climate Strategy implementation. Project management: Net Zero (definition of the portfolios’ decarbonation targets for 10 sectors), Sectoral Policies (drafting the new coal, oil &gas, forests policies), transformative tools and methodologies (building an in house “Climate Transition Score” with the main businesses). Enhancing ambitions and ensuring consistency at Group level. ESG communication and reporting. TCFD Climate report, CSRD, investors roadshows, extra-financial rating agencies’ questionnaires (CDP, MSCI...). Stakeholder’s coordination and cooperation. > Internal coordination of inter-entities working groups (Net Zero, Climate Adaptation) across all the Group’s business lines (CIB, asset management, insurance, retail). > External cooperation with professional networks and authorities (FBF, EFB, ACPR, ECB), expertise working groups and cross-sectorial coalitions on climate transition (SBTi, UNEP-FI’s PRB), think tanks (I4CE, ADEME, ILB). > In-depth and regular multi-stakeholder dialog with NGOs (Reclaim Finance, Oxfam, BankTrack), collaboration with the academic community - setting up and driving the Group’s Scientific Committee (high-level experts on Climate Change, Biodiversity)
