• Adapted and reenvisioned core return solution to enable Return Bars at FedEx Office locations nationwide. The average NPS for this return experience was 92 and is reported as one of the easiest processes FedEx Office employees conduct daily. • Designed a self-service dashboard used to expand our offering to smaller retailers through the Shopify app store and streamline the onboarding process. The app was a featured Shopify app and a staff pick for December 2020 and January 2021. • Designed and launched a post-purchase messaging product (order tracking) • Collaborated with engineers to create a design and component system that spans across all Return products, helping us iterate faster and scale our products. • Iterated on in-house software used in the Hubs to help scale our operations including revising how we check-in, process, and ship out returned items for retailers and our partners.
• Redesigned core web product from the ground up, which consisted in a complete UI and UI overhaul. My role was to research where the old product was successful and where we could improve, produce wireframes and validate our ideas, and provide engineers with finalized design assets.

Also assisted to improve data health by more than 3% in a quarter. • Scoped out EMEA academics market as well as conducted market research in Singapore, Canada, and Latin America and assisted on sales strategies for these markets and built SQL queries to ensure accuracy of account hierarchies and deployment territories. • Ran analysis on large deals and built reporting and dashboards on why we win deals and why we lose deals to help senior sales leaders refocus resources and increase win rates. • Developed the deployment strategy for the Panels product line globally, resulting in scaling the Panels team to double in size while simultaneously increasing quota attainment by nearly 10%.
