Responsible for data (including APIs) strategy, product partnerships, strategic initiatives, and content/data licensing for the Twitter Developer Platform (DevPlatform) group. Complete in-depth quantitative and qualitative, internal and external market and competitive research and analysis to identify areas of opportunity. Using these deep dives build and execute new product strategies and go-to-market (GTM) plans to best-approach those areas. Recently drove gaming, cryptocurrency, and video streaming market assessments to determine these industries' exploration and investment potentials, and recommend how best to explore and invest in these spaces (including recommended data strategies and possible partnerships). These evaluations informed cross-functional (XFN) stakeholders and senior leadership. Collaborated with XFN working groups comprised of members of the Product, Developer Relations, Research, Marketing, Engineering, Design, Sales, and other teams to develop and launch two product pilots. One pilot focused on developing a discovery surface area where Twitter users could connect with developers in DevPlatform's ecosystem and their offerings. The other pilot focused on "Tweet Carousels," a new, enriched Tweet format; we partnered with chosen developers to test how much engagement these formats could drive on our platform. Other responsibilities include working to evaluate and address developer churn within DevPlatform's ecosystem, building new analytics capabilities (including video) to provide to media, news, entertainment, and publishing organizations, and exploring creating immersive experiences serving target use cases on Twitter in partnership with select developers (including Fortune 500 companies).
