• Provide technical, functional, and subject-matter expertise around all PriceSpider solutions to the Sales and Account Management teams as well as customers • Create and deliver tailored technical product demonstrations, presentations, and technology proofs • Work with a variety of Professionals in a consultative approach to identify and solve business problems and recommend solutions both internally and externally for our prospects/clients • Support and contribute to both RFI and RFP process from enterprise accounts • Establish and grow relationships with technical and functional resources at all levels within PriceSpider as well as with prospect/client organizations • Quickly learn new technologies and translate those features (from a range of products) into business benefits and value and be able to properly communicate and apply the solutions • Support the contracting process by ensuring the proposed solution fits within the confines of the estimated scoping aspects and expectations are consistent with Client Delivery capabilities and timelines • Work with Product Management team to bring prospect and client requested functionality to their attention, gather needs, facilitate communications and help to prioritize the needs • Work with Client Delivery and Client Support organizations to ensure the intended solution is the delivered solution • Maintain a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients to continue working with post sale to ensure continued success
