I am one of the founders of Baanto™ since its foundation in 2009 and responsible for the technical direction of the Baanto™ product. As Chief Technology Officer, I am involved in design and management of projects in all areas of the business, and for the development of patented technologies. Previously, I founded Nytric Ltd in 1999 and, as CEO of that company, I was responsible for the development and execution of the company’s business vision. My twelve years of extensive business and technology experience includes the development and commercialisation of high-tech products for commercial and consumer applications. I am a graduate of the Engineering Science program of the University of Toronto. - Successfully raised over $14M in venture capital over 3 different rounds - Named patent inventor in all 8 core patents families filed by the company - Developed all core mathematical models and algorithms used in the implementation of the ShadowSense technology - Developed a cohesive product and sales strategy for launching the product

I founded Nytric in 1999 and, as CEO, I am responsible for the development and execution of the company's business vision. My twelve years of extensive business and technology experience include the development and marketing of high-tech products for commercial and consumer applications. In addition as Nytric's Chief Technology Officer, I am involved in design and management projects in a variety of areas, including commercial robotics, large-volume consumer electronics, simulator systems for the Department of Defense, and the development of patented technologies. To date, I have been involved in over $40 million in R&D activities at Nytric, helped launch over 20 different consumer and commercial products into the market, for almost a dozen different companies. Some of the highlights include: - Global VR * Strategic product strategy of porting consumer games into arcade environments * Development and manufacturing of various A\D cards and hardware systems to power arcade games * Setup and managed software development teams that were involved in porting and modifying various games for arcade environements * Game Wave * Headed up the development of a new style of consumer console game system * Involved in creating a custom OS, API\SDK and entire framework to support 3rd party development * Hardware architecture development including all electronics, setting up off-shore contract manufacturing and full cradle to grave development
