• Ongoing seek to reduce costs from suppliers and implement improvements if possible, lead cost reduction activities until implementation. • Negotiate prices and terms with vendors, or freight forwarders • Monitor & Analyze supplier performance to assess the ability to meet quality and delivery requirements • Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities • Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, and R&D, to identify and qualify new suppliers and new sourcing for purchase. • Controlling the purchase and supply of all procured items & services. • Managing, developing & improving the purchasing team. • Establishing terms, pricing, quality requirements, delivery, and contract. • Reviewing all contracts/agreements to achieve ‘best price, Lead time & quality’ purchasing.

Responsible for meeting customer deadlines and delivery destinations by managing order backlog and production schedule. • Coordinates the planning, scheduling, and release of production and procurement orders, by production targets • Support the production program with demand capacity analyses, inventory control management procedures, and identification and resolution of potential vendor delays. • Responsible for meeting financial targets by working to reduce costs and investigate manufacturing and purchasing deviations. • Seek initiatives of continuous improvement process using LEAN processes and other improvement methods. • Maintaining inventory levels according to consumption Consumption analysis of customers around the world and inventory of various site warehouses • Presenting reports to senior management • Management of the timing of the machines on the production floor • Analysis of each subassembly and selection of production at home or with a subcontractor.
