I led Product Management for Amazon's self-service vendor tools and services. Set, owned and delivered multiple CEO-level (Steam) goals to drive growth, expand globally, launch new categories, improve profitability, and deliver a great experience for customers. Drove roadmap for 150+ person tech org and launched vendor recruitment and development programs that are now deployed globally to the entire Amazon Retail business.
I owned the self-service onboarding and procurement experiences for vendors in Amazon's stores. This global experience was critical driver of both growth and profitability for Amazon's retail business.

Owned portfolio of HW and SW products that enabled Video Service Providers to protect Pay-TV services and deliver them securely through content delivery networks to 35MM subscribers WW. Products drove annual revenue of $100MM and enabled annual pull-through revenue of $1.9B in customer premise devices. Led multiple industry-wide innovations such as Switched Digital Video (SDV), OpenCable Application Platform (OCAP), and Analog Reclamation.
Positioned, designed, and sold content delivery networks to Video Service Providers all across North America. Drove $200MM annual bookings.
