 Manage INJAZ Pakistan as an organization and its staff as per the policies, strategic goals and objectives established by JA Worldwide ® (Junior Achievement), JA Asia Pac and the Board of Directors.  Lead the development of INJAZ Pakistan strategic planning process along with the reporting and monitoring of organizational performance metrics.  Prospect and manage relations with the existing and potential INJAZ constituents, Donors and the society at large and solicit projects accordingly.  Ensure smooth implementation of existing project and grants, also identify new projects and grants and align new partners to meet the growth aspirations.  Work in close collaboration with JA Asia Pac and JA Worldwide for regional grants and best practice sharing in the local perspective.  Align with the BOD to ensure proper governance of the organization along with providing quarterly reports to corporate sponsors and board members. KEY HIGHLIGHTS: Highlights: - Initiated and developed relations with The US State Department for Women Economic Empowerment programs, building up to 4 platforms in 3 months, focused on sustainable growth of female led inclusive SMEs. -Aligned with The State Bank of Pakistan for the NFLP 2021 by utilizing value proposition of Community outreach and access. -The relationship with SBP ensued the participation of INJAZ Pakistan in the policy making of Banking on Equality- Reducing the Gender Gap in Financial Inclusion - Value addition of WEE Project, with DFID through British Asian Trust upon completion by conducting SOP compliant trainings for the economically challenged COVID-19 lock down impacted women on Digital Marketing & e-Commerce to save their livelihoods, receiving unprecedented appreciation by the CEO of BAT. -Developed relations with the Government bodies for the inclusion of globally certified JA programs on Financial Literacy and Entrepreneurship in the National Curriculum for mainstream educational and Vo-Tech institutions.
