This certification has formed a distinct milestone in my career, allowing me the opportunity to stay tuned, sharpened, and giving me the opportunity to multiply the learning that I obtained throughout my Career. Training of Trainers in 2018 and Co-Facilitating Cash and Vouchers Assistance course & Market Assessments Tools Training course in 2019 have opened the doorfor me to join CALP Network certified trainers, but this was only the beginning. With CaLP's generous and smart investment I received additional certifications in 2020, for Monitoring Course, Social Protection Course, and Protection in CVA Courses. Nevertheless, I was certified in 2021 to facilitate the online CVA course, and I had the opportunity to facilitate the course in English and in Arabic. In July 2022, I was entrusted to co-facilitate CALP's Training of Trainers for trainers from the MENA Region, to multiply the learning on CALP's Core CVA Course throughout the MENA Region. Thanks to CALP Leadership for their trust that is compelling me to continue to strive and thrive, to grow and to help others grow.
