-Lead geomechanics test designs and reporting of Integrity Insitu technologies -Providing input and leadership towards R&D efforts -Providing customized solutions in regard to real time Geomechanics data acquired by Insitu measurements (rock strength and stress profile). -Support mechanical/electronic tool design team by providing geomechanical insight through 1D and 3D modeling of the borehole rock deformation information acquired by advanced insitu tool. -Providing 1D and 3D Geomechanics consulting services

-In charge of business (Consulting, Software Sales and Training) in South East Asia Region (Malaysia, The Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, and India) in regard to Geomechanics and Drilling activities. -Business analysis activities to elicit internal and external client's requirements and create opportunities for business development. -Sales management, sales pipeline maintenance and closing sales opportunities. -Exploring new opportunities to engage and improve the sales pipeline to meet sales objectives -Sales pipeline maintenance through extensive client relationship management. - Providing trainings in geomechanics subject to national and international clients. - Presenting geomechanics interpretation software (Techlog, Petrel GM and Visage) to sell and maintain current licenses holding by our clients. -Leading geomechanics consulting projects, mentoring junior team members, and reviewing their works to meet planned project expectations. -Establishing new workflows to boost business (real time sand management, safe wireline acquisition advisory service). - Working closely with other segments and units of the company to expand business and increase our clients satisfaction. - providing insight to software developer and beta testing ( continues support to Techlog-Geomechanics developing team)

-Exploring new possibilities to engage with existing clients and create opportunities for sales improvement by exploring new markets. -Leading and mentoring geomechanics team. -Creating opportunities for geomechanics consulting works and delivering service to major national and international operators (Petronas, Murphy, Total, …) -Delivered several high-profile project such as Sonic scanner for geomechanics (geomechanical anisotropy -rock strength processing)/Real Time Geomechanics/Predrill mechanical earth model construction/drilling geomechanics/LWD/WL logging acquisition consulting for MEM construction

- In charge of Geomechanics business in Iran geomarket - Marketing and business grow strategy define and execution. - Exploring opportunities to expand business with new answer & advanced answer products - Conducting sales and marketing activities to expand business - Performing training to educate our client in the subject of geomechanics - Managing project team - Mentoring and technical support - Close collaboration with other departments of Schlumpberger to expand our business - Conducted several multi-disciplinary Geomechanical projects: such as wellbore stability, sand management control, Hydraulic fracturing design, real time geomechanics and drilling improvement analysis

-First D&M-DCS Access engineer in IRG Geomarket. -Developed and promoted several Petrophysical Answer Products for LWD data for the first time in IRG such as BIP, ARCWizard and IDD. -Supporting MWD/LWD acquisitions by interpreting acquired. field data in DCS as a petrophysicist and experienced field engineer. -Experience in petrophysical evaluation of Wireline logs such as Dipole Sonic (DSI, Sonic Scanner) and ELAN processing. -Mentoring junior LWD Petrophysicist. -Client support and troubleshooting for LWD acquisitions.

-Experience in MWD/LWD acquisition in planning, programming and operation phases. -Experience in running services related to: SonicVISION, ADN, GVR, ARC, TeleScope, PowerPulse, Xceed,PowerDrive, Impulse and Slimpulse. -Responsible for Prejob planning, mobilization, inventory and supply management. -Maintain good communication with client representative on wellsite and D&M rig crew. -Following Schlumberger and D&M QHSE standards of policies. -Real time monitoring LWD, MWD and providing solution for wellplacement and wellsite petrophysical evaluation. -Have experience of working with well known international and national oil companies ( ENI, Petrobras, NIOC,..)

-Managing technical and engineering teams -Experience in routine mud lab tests for WBM/OBM and novel drilling fluids. -Applications development for new drilling mud systems -Fluid loss controllers (LCM), shale inhibitor and novel drilling fluids development. -Supporting several masters and PhD candidate's thesis. -Wellsite LCM operation support. -Wellsite execution of the first polymer-LCM project for NIOC. Having knowledge in drilling mud and LCM helped me significantly later to provide more robust geomechanical solution.

-Research engineer in the subject of Geomechanical formation damage. -Conducted numerical modeling - FLAC 3D modeling to simulate drilling formation damage. -This research was first of its kind in the rock mechanics group which was linking petroleum engineering and rock mechanics, we call it Petroleum Geomechanics these days. Study was well received by NIOC as well as Tehran University geoscience group. -This study was referenced for other studies and outcomes are still valid after more than 15 years. Part of my pride as a geomechanics engineer.

- Tehran Underground-Metro tunnel stability analysis (Phase 2) - Conducting Analytical tunnel cement block deformation analysis - Established a Matlab code for long term deformation and stability analysis of tunnel's framing
