• Organizational leadership – leading on strategic and operational activities • Work closely with the CEO, Deputy CEO and CFO to deliver company strategy • Develop new business opportunities based on customer demand • Coordinate with supplier and key stakeholders to expand business offerings • Create value in each of the business process and provide support to senior management • Ensure the PMO, HR and Testing departments have measurable objectives, regular reviews of performance and opportunities to develop skills, leading to a culture of high performance and continuous improvement • Follow up with the Project Management Office to efficiently open and operate branches in all regions • Follow up with Testing Manager to ensure smooth running of the system and tests across the regions • Follow up with HR to implement policies and policies as well as recruitment of qualified staff • Develop and maintain job descriptions on each position of the organization and ensure that all positions add value to the organization • Deliver sustainable and appropriate operating and quality standards so the company has the ability to consistently retain and satisfy customers while meeting growth objectives • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across the company • Monitor, evaluate, and report operational progress against strategic objectives • Responsible for leading the production of credible, comprehensive, and timely operational analysis to inform decision making at various levels across the division • Build plans and strategies to enable and support the operational scalability of the company • Accountable for operational budgets, output, and customer satisfaction Change management – program/project participation and implementation
