Working in Reliance Foundation at Kamareddy Cluster,Telangana as a Project Associate engaged in “Rural Transformation& Holistic Rural Development” role on Supporting and mentoring to the Farmer Producer companies(FPCs), Creating FPCs Backward and Forward linkages, Support to the New FPCs for good governance, Management and Administration, involved in holistic development activities for GPs economic and livelihoods development covered Agriculture, Water Security, Nutritional security, Livelihoods and Market Linkages. Used to Conduct Training Programs, Awareness Camps, Convergence& Collaboration Meetings with Government Bodies, Workshops and Job Mela’s, also Direct actions with community, Village Associations and FPO for their Physical Rural Development and Working on those aspects helpful to the rural folks to uplift their livelihoods to increase levels and ensuring them away from poverty.
