Transactions on the books are matched to the bank statements and outstanding checks reviewed. Credit card activity entered and reconciled. Balances managed monthly. Loans recorded and verified. Amortization schedule will be set to correct reflect principle and interest expense paid All fixed and intangible assets recorded and updated. Depreciation and amortization determined by the schedule from your CPA or current guidelines as applicable. Properly expense employee earnings and taxes paid as per payroll reports. Monthly conference to review financial statements: Balance Sheet, Income Statement (P&L) and Statement of Cash Flow. Adjusting entries posted as needed. End of year statement preparation for your CPA to do the taxes, or we will professionally prepare your taxes for you.
