DKB Partners BV is the holding company of different companies : HD Partners, Dekabo (including Rio Construct), and Fordibel, also known as the Dekabo Group. Dekabo Group is the market leader in Belgium in HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) en sewerage renovation. The company has offices in Olen, Liège (Herstal), and Brussels (Asse). From 2014, when I joined Dekabo Group, till 2019, I transformed the company with the support of PE Group (private equity) from a small entity to the market leader in HDD in Belgium, representing a solid growth in revenue and profitability. At the end of 2019, the group was acquired by Kebek PE (private equity), starting a new expansion faze for the company. From 2020 to 2023, both through acquisitions and organic growth, the revenue and profit grew fairly strong, even with the impact of the corona pandemic and crisis due to the war in Ukraine. Dekabo Group is currently an important player in the HDD and Sewerage Renovation industry, with a strong team of employees and a solid customer base.
